Target audience:

IT professionals currently working in an environment with enterprise storage or storage needs.  CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or similar certification and experience are recommended, but not required prerequisites.

Learning path course sequence:

CompTIA Storage+ Part 2: Network Storage & Data Replication 03:26
CompTIA Storage+ Part 3: Data Protection & Storage 04:29
Total 11:14

Learning path description:

In this three part series, Nigel Poulton walks you through the concepts needed to prepare you for the Storage+ certification. He starts out with the fundamentals of storage, the some of the most common storage array types. In Part 2, he moves into some data center storage and networking needs. To wrap up the series, Nigel covers troubleshooting and other storage management topics.

The CompTIA Storage+ Powered by SNIA certification requires you to pass just a single exam, SGO-001.  The exam is 100 questions and you have 90 minutes to take the exam. An added bonus to passing the SGO-001 exam is since the partnership with SNIA you now receive both the CompTIA Storage+ and SNIA SCSP certifications.

Best of luck with you studies and your exam!
